with her love for the ocean, and both of their prairie roots, carman and cecilia were married on a tiny, misty beach in rural manitoba.  even though it rained for most of the day (perfectly stopping just before the ceremony, then promptly starting up again as soon as it ended!), the two were so focused on each other, their family and their friends, that it really didn’t matter.  (they are such a joy to be around!) the garden reception was moved under a tent, where a warm and laughter-filled dinner followed. 

both carman and cecilia are incredibly musical, and i’m excited to see where their talents will bring them.

mark and samantha met a few years ago at the school of ministers in steinbach, manitoba.  they are two of the most genuine, relaxed people i know, with big hearts for others, and big love for each other.  and they were married on a beautiful day in early summer.

i have known samantha since we were tiny, so it was pretty special to be part of her wedding.  the reception was a total party – fantastic speeches, a well-stocked candy bar and a rockin’ dancefloor.
